Administrative Setup console	Set-Up Setting up your Spare Workgroup is easy, and you are in full control. You decide which employees have access to files online, what files they backup based on Pre-sets you select for your entire Spare Workgroup. Spare Backup is flexible, you can use Spare Backup in its default "Optimized" mode or for the more sophisticated user you may select your own custom settings. Spare Workgroup even allows you to grant full administrative privileges to any employee you choose.
Manage what files are protected	Pre-Sets Spare Backup has optimized an array of file types and location "pre-sets" to be included within your backups by default. The optimized settings allow you to use Spare Backup without any further customization. Our "pre-sets" can also be modified as we realize that one solution does not meet all needs, you can easily adjust the "pre-sets" and edit what you would like to include within your backup.
Add users to your workgroup	Add User As your business grows and adds new employees and new computers, your Spare Workgroup grows with you. It's easy to add a new user, simply enter a new user's name, email address and password. An email will be automatically generated and sent to the person you have designated for a new account. The newly added user simply clicks on the link in the email to install and register as a new member of your Spare Workgroup...it's just that simple.
Workgroup Management Dashboard	Dashboard Quickly view your backup status, Access all of Spare Workgroups powerful features right from this screen. Activity Summary - Displays the total number of files included, and top 5 file types within the backup. Online Storage - Displays the total amount of storage space used. More Reports - Selecting More Reports. Bring up additional backup reports, broken down by: all backups, last 24 hours, this week and last week.
